Stirling Castle, Stirling, Scotland

From high on a volcanic outcrop, the castle guarded the lowest crossing point of the River Forth for centuries. Today it remains a great symbol of Scottish independence and national pride.

The castle’s long, turbulent history features:

  • William Wallace
  • Robert the Bruce
  • Mary Queen of Scots
  • Bonnie Prince Charlie

Stirling Castle was first mentioned around 1110, and many royal dramas unfolded here. Until the Union of the Crowns in 1603, almost every Scottish monarch had either lived in the castle, or been crowned or died here. Helped the mobile ghosts move on first, then did healings, there had been fighting here so had to spend more time working with physical traumas, moved them on BUT two were left, that’s unusual. I like unusual. So I paid attention to the first, and found he’d been blind from birth, so even if his eyes were healed he would not understand what he was seeing. The second had been deaf from birth, so incapable of following the verbal instructions of Michael’s techniques. I’m amazed I hadn’t noticed this previously. Hoping the Guides had done previously what was necessary. I held their hands, impressing on them my intentions to take them to Heaven. Two Guides quickly joined us holding their other hands and we five ascended, that was nice.

It gets even more interesting, as Irene was reporting a familiarity with this place, she’d been here in a previous life as a guard, for Mary Queen of Scots. I touched her shoulder to align with what she was feeling, then took her back to that past life and felt him, a tall but slim male, very intent and in charge, feeling fully responsible, and speaking French. My knowledge of Mary is limited, the English education system focused more on England than Scotland, Ireland and Wales. It would be highly likely he’d be with guards accompanying her initially from France. No ghost work needed, a bonus experience for me.
